Terms of Use

The Planning Department authorizes the use of the material found in the Kimen Digital Library, which may also be shared, that is, copied and redistributed by any means or format, or adapted, that is, remixed or transformed, and a new work may be generated from the original material. These authorizations are granted strictly for non-commercial purposes, and in all cases the authorship of the works must be properly acknowledged.

The material available in the Kimen Digital Library will be freely accessible and downloadable. To use the material, the user must always cite the source according to the information available in the descriptive sheet.

The Kimen Digital Library provides access to documents and information generated by the Ministry's services and, if necessary, links to third-party sites. 

The Planning Department reserves the exclusive right, without prior notice, to add, change, update, modify and limit the contents of the Digital Library and any material it contains.
